I really havent had this app long enough to give a good review. It does work very well with VoiceOver , The screen reader built into iOS devices for blind accessibility.

Im quite happy at the sound quality of the recorded sound and how easy it is to use.

Pop up ads constantly. This is shitty.

Might be ok, but too much background scratchy sound. Sounds like an old radio

This is an app for capturing short memos. Things that you might put on a post-it except you dont have a pen and paper or where you want your hands free. I just used it to make note of some data so I could push buttons and read data quickly for later use. Also great for notes and reminders if Siri isnt transcribing your speech accurately, which happens with technical terms and jargon. For those complaining about sound recording quality there is a slider to adjust this but this app is not intended to record high quality music or bird songs and there are other apps better suited to recording a meeting. Five stars because it is great for its intended purpose: capturing Audio Memos.

This recorder is bad because when u record something it sounds really muffled. I did a test between AVR voice recorder and this one AVR sounds much better because its clear and this one isnt and Im not a trying to spam about AVR but that one is probably the best.

This, free version, allows only 2 recordings. You can also send only recordings below 3Mb (each of the two). So now i have a recording of 100 mb and no option to share it...

The app is neat but Irish it had more variety of settings to setup reminders based on events location etc

I had a really hard time coverting .ogg produced by the app into .mp3. All the conventional and web-based encoders produced an error. Only VLC player could do the job. It shouldnt be so complicated. Otherwise it is a very good app and I recommend it.

It would be perfect if it had the property to write down what you have just recorded....

I was definitely impressed with the sound quality of this app. It was just as good as the voice memo app that you find on iPhone. The only problem is that it has advertising. I specifically wanted to use this to read books to my kids, but I know youll be more distracted by as for games than listening to my voice telling the story. Its understandable that they have added since its free but I would prefer to pay a little bit did not have ads as they are distraction.

Ive used this app for about 4-5 months now to record meetings that can often last more than an hour and Ive never had a problem with it. Works perfectly! Feature request: itd be great to have a button that rewinds you about ten seconds when playing back.

Set audio quality and amplification (if you want to), then record. You can send an email with the audio wav file attached directly from the app.

There are ads from YouTube (with audio) that play while you are recording and when you play back your files. I will be removing this app.

Simple to use, sound quality is great, sensitive recording system picks up even low level sounds. The ad (which makes this version free) is relatively unobtrusive and it doesnt get in the way of recording or playback. This app is a keeper.
